Drivers for Kids

Many of our kids and youth that come to church every week need help getting here. We’re looking for people that can either pick kids up on their way to church or drive the church van to pick up kids. Even if you can only help once a month, we’ll take it! If you’re interested, contact Angie, angie.camper@mercyvineyard.org.

The Nature of the Kingdom

A 9-week class based on the book “Breakthrough” by Derek Morphew: Jesus came preaching and demonstrating the Kingdom of God. So radical was this breakthrough that human history is divided by ‘before Christ’ and ‘after Christ.’ The theology of His Kingdom provides the best framework for understanding the life and ministry of Jesus, signs and wonders, healing, revivals, missions and Christian life. This course takes you through the Old and New Testaments which develops within you an understanding of the biblical basis for the ‘Kingdom of God,’ Jesus’ most emphasized subject.

Seek

Seek is a 10 week class on the foundations of following Jesus. It is for people newly discovering the Christian faith, as well as those who are looking for fresh take on experiencing God. We meet for a meal, a short talk, and a chance for small group discussion. Seek kicks off on September 23 at 6:00pm.

Adult Children of Divorce

The Adult Children of Divorce Ministry is a new group focused on addressing the issues faced by adult children whose parents divorced during their youth or later. Oftentimes, the effects of divorce on children are not fully realized until the child reaches their 20’s and 30’s and are considering families of their own. Each week will have a different focus such as forgiveness, rebuilding our concept of healthy relationships, trust, abandonment, basing our identity in Christ’s love, and anticipating the triggers that bring up the negative effects of the divorce. This ministry is faith-based but all are welcome regardless of religious belief. Please contact Taylor Vander Aarde at taylor.vanderaarde@mercyvineyard.org if interested.

Prayer Meetings

Join us at church every Thursday evening at 6:30 as we pray over the people, ministries and vision of Mercy and talk about the the ways God is working in our church. If you are interested in praying or have any prayer requests contact prayer@mercyvineyard.org.
