Take a Class

There are lots of opportunities at Mercy to grow in faith and life through taking high quality classes.  The topics range from finances to healing prayer and Bible study to Marriage.

The main places our classes and meeting happen is Sunday mornings during or after the church services and at our @MercyThursdays weekly event that runs through the school year.  This event features free childcare from 5:30-9pm, a free dinner served between 5:30-6:00, and classes that start at 6:00pm.

Many people find they enjoy leaving directly from work or school to meet up at church for dinner and a class. Sometimes even entire small groups take part.  Watch for the most updated information on classes during Sunday morning announcements or at our events page.

Learning to Minister Like Jesus :: A Prayer Class

LTMLJ is a three-week prayer class that we hold on Sunday mornings for those who would like to learn our church's theology and practice of praying to God, how we pray, what we pray for, how we try to hear from God and what we believe about the spiritual gifts as discussed in the New Testament. It's fun, spiritual and practical as we try to pray for one another the way Jesus prayed for people. It is required for anyone desiring to be on the Sunday morning prayer team and to hold a leadership role in our church. The next session will be on Sunday mornings during the 10:30am service beginning February 12. For more information, contact Dano Sauter.
