Staff

Jeff Heidkamp, Co-Lead Pastor

Jeff is co-lead pastor along with his wife Le Que. He oversees preaching, vision, and works a lot with leaders and staff. Jeff and Le Que were the founding pastors of Mercy in 2004. For fun, Jeff likes to hang out with his kids, cook, have interesting conversations, work out, and watch baseball. His daughters wish he would be more into Pokemon than he is. His email is jeff@mercyvineyard.org.

Le Que Heidkamp, Co-Lead Pastor

Le Que serves as the Executive Pastor at Mercy by providing oversight to the staff, oversight over small groups, volunteers, leadership development, and direction to the financial and operational aspects of Mercy. Additionally, she leads the VineyardUSA National Ethnic Diversity Task Force (check out www.vineyardusa.org) and serves on a multicultural church cohort with Transform Minnesota in the Twin Cities. She enjoys reading, writing and having fun with Jeff and their two daughters. You can reach Le Que at leque@mercyvineyard.org.

Jessie Carlson, Kids & Family Pastor

Jessie leads our Kids' Ministry at Mercy Vineyard. She is passionate about equipping kids in their journey with Jesus, creating a supporting community for families at every stage in life, and developing volunteers and leaders to work with kids at Mercy and beyond. Jessie enjoys traveling, shopping, and trying to keep up with her husband Josh as they bike around the Minneapolis lakes. You can reach Jessie at jessie.carlson@mercyvineyard.org

Dano Sauter, Pastor of Outreach & Integration

Welcome to staff! Dano is our newest hire and will be starting at the beginning of November. He will be helping new folks to get plugged into various events, activities and small groups. Dano will also be planning some great outreaches for our church to get involved with.

Kim Heidkamp, Operations & Communications Lead

Kim likes to look at furniture and design magazines with her husband, Josh, make art, read books (fiction only), and hang out with her chihuahua, Taco. At the church, Kim makes sure the building and office are running smoothly. She also makes sure you can find information about what's going on at Mercy through bulletins, calendars, facebook, our website, and any other mode of communication we use. You can reach her at kim.heidkamp@mercyvineyard.org.

Angie Camper, Youth Lead

Angie has the incredible joy of going along with our middle and high school students on their exciting journey of faith. She's passionate about working with students in our church and out in our community as much as she possibly can. When not hanging out with students, she's usually out with her cute kid Milo and cute husband Ray at breakfast or reading. She never leaves home without at least two books (but has entered the 21st century with an eReader and it's life changing). Reach Angie at angie.camper@mercyvineyard.org

Katie Sauter, Worship & Events Lead

Katie serves as a worship leader and oversees Mercy's worship ministry. She also helps coordinate events and classes that happen at church throughout the week. Katie loves to sing, explore the city, and cook up delicious dinners with her husband Dano. You can reach her at katie.sauter@mercyvineyard.org.

Natalie Michaels, Accounting

Natalie works as the bookkeeper for Mercy Vineyard.  She enjoys working with numbers and is very detail oriented.  Natalie is passionate about Jesus and gets excited about discipleship.  One of her favorite things to do is spend time with her husband, Matt, and her two girls, Maddy & Katelyn.  Natalie also enjoys scrapbooking, traveling, boating & jet skiing, and hanging out with her friends whenever she gets a chance. You can reach Natalie at natalie.michaels@mercyvineyard.org.

Chambs Chamberlain, Audio Engineer

Outside of being a hand model for ridiculously hansom wristwatches and saving boxes of kittens from trains whose brakes went out Chambs works as our Audio Engineer. He oversees the sound on weekend services, events and videos as well as the maintenance of instruments and audio gear. He also works at his own studio, Dytson, in Brooklyn Park where he produces and engineers records. Chambs also enjoys playing bass, audio books, witty banter, geeking out with fellow audio geeks, playing with his dog Mak, song writing, board games and the general daily harassment of Dano Sauter.
