Jeff Heidkamp, Co-Lead Pastor

I am responsible for preaching, outreach, and leadership development, as well as setting general vision and direction along my wife Le Que. I moonlight as the editor of Cutting Edge magazine, a quarterly journal about church planting. When not working, I like to cook, lift weights, and goof off with Le Que and our daughters Briana (7) and Raina (2).  My email is jeff@mercyvineyard.org.

Le Que Heidkamp, Co-Lead Pastor

I oversee the church staff and daily office operations and generally plug in the gaps. I also lead the VineyardUSA National Ethnic Diversity Task Force (check out www.vineyardusa.org). Jody Gavin, Associate Pastor

I take care of the small group system at Mercy.  I've had lots of different jobs since I started working here and I'm excited to take on this new role.  I'm very interested in environmental care, enjoy attending theatre productions, and am always happy at the dog park.  Nobody can make me laugh like my husband, Jesse, and it's just a matter of time before he get's our baby Benjamin giggling too.  Contact me at jody@mercyvineyard.org

Jessie Carlson, Kids' Pastor

I am responsible for the Kids’ Ministry at Mercy, and get to hang out with all of the kids from the time they enter nursery to the time they leave fifth grade.  I also get to work with a great team of volunteers that make our ministry possible.  When I am not working you can find me hanging out with family, up north fishing, at home reading, or trying to keep up with my husband Josh when we go biking around the Minneapolis lakes.  You can reach me at jessie.carlson@mercyvineyard.org. 

Kim Heidkamp, Adminstrative Assistant

Shannon Mitchell, Administrative Assistant

I am Jeff's assistant and oversee the building's schedule, events, and volunteers. I'm very passionate about social justice and environmental issues. Bethany Peterson, Accountant

My job is to handle the finances at Mercy.  When I'm not tracking down receipts and running reports, I can be found in my mom-mobile, driving carpool for our 2 boys, doing volunteer work and going back to the grocery store for more milk.  I can be reached at bethany.peterson@mercyvineyard.org.

Angie Camper, Intern

I work with Youth Church mainly. I'm currently in college full-time, the Vineyard Leadership Institute, and a part-time intern, which leaves little time for sleeping or much else. Katie DeGennaro, Intern

As the newest intern at Mercy Vineyard Church, I'm in charge of super fun things like cleaning the nursery and shopping for weekly church needs. The rest of my time at Mercy is spent doing what I love best: drinking coffee. That and assisting our current worship coordinator with worship ministry maintenance and development.
